HappyJump Terms of Service

Welcome to HappyJump (the "App"), developed and operated by 火星工作室 ("we", "us", or "our").

This Agreement governs your use of the App. Please read it carefully and pay special attention to bolded clauses. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please stop using the App immediately.

1. Services

The App is an iOS-based jump rope training tool, including:

1. Real-time jump counting via the device camera;
2. Recording and statistical analysis of jump rope activity;
3. Training plans and an achievement system;
4. Highlight video recording and score card sharing;
5. Premium features available via in-app purchase ("Pro").

We reserve the right to adjust, add, suspend, or terminate any features at our discretion.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

1. The App is primarily designed for primary and middle school students and we recommend use with the assistance of a parent or guardian.
2. If you are under 14 years of age, you must use this App with the consent and accompaniment of your guardian.
3. The App uses local user profiles and does not require account registration. All profile data is stored on your device locally.
4. You may create multiple profiles (up to 2 in the free version, up to 5 in Pro) for use by family members on the same device.

3. Pro Subscription and One-Time Purchase

3.1 Products

3.2 Auto-Renewal (Subscription Products Only)

Key points:

• Subscriptions auto-renew 24 hours before expiration;
• Renewal fee equals the original subscription price;
• You may cancel anytime in System "Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions";
• After cancellation, Pro features remain available until the end of the current billing period.

3.3 Lifetime Pro Coverage

Lifetime Pro includes all Pro features available at the time of purchase, plus all new Pro features added within the next 12 months. Major new features released after that 12-month window may require separate purchase. All Pro feature upgrades within the 12-month window are included.

3.4 Family Sharing

All three products support Apple Family Sharing. You may share Pro entitlements with up to 5 members of your family group.

3.5 Refund Policy

Because in-app purchases are processed by Apple, all refund requests must be submitted to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We are unable to issue refunds directly.

4. User Conduct

You agree that while using the App you will not:

1. Engage in any illegal or socially harmful activity;
2. Crack, decompile, or reverse-engineer the App, or attempt to bypass paid features;
3. Obtain Pro content through unofficial channels (including pirated versions, shared Apple IDs, etc.);
4. Upload or share videos or images containing illegal or inappropriate content;
5. The copyright of content you share to social platforms (highlight videos, score cards, etc.) belongs to you, but you are solely responsible for any disputes arising from such sharing.

5. Intellectual Property

1. The copyright of the App's source code, UI design, icons, sound effects, copy text, and other original content belongs to 火星工作室.
2. The copyright of videos and score cards generated by you belongs to you, but the App's watermark and brand identity may not be removed or modified.
3. The App uses the following open-source components, with licenses viewable in "Settings → Open Source Licenses":
   • MediaPipe Tasks Vision (Apache 2.0)
   • CropViewController (MIT)
   • Other dependencies

6. Disclaimers

1. Health Risk Notice: Jump rope is intense exercise. Please use the App only when your physical condition permits, and avoid use on an empty stomach, immediately after meals, or while injured. If you experience dizziness, palpitations, or joint pain, stop immediately and consult a doctor. We are not responsible for physical injuries arising from exercise.
2. Data Accuracy Notice: Jump counting is based on AI pose recognition and is affected by lighting, angle, clothing, and motion. Errors may occur. The data provided by the App is for reference only and does not constitute medical or professional sports advice.
3. Device Performance Notice: Prolonged camera use causes device heating and accelerated battery drain — this is normal.
4. Force Majeure: We are not responsible for service interruption or data loss caused by typhoons, earthquakes, network failures, device failures, system upgrades, or other forces beyond our control.

7. Special Terms for Minors

1. Guardians are responsible for assisting minors in using the App correctly, including making any in-app purchase decisions on their behalf.
2. We recommend guardians enable iOS "Screen Time" to require approval for in-app purchases.
3. For in-app purchases made by minors without guardian consent, guardians may request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
4. We recommend that single jump rope sessions for minors not exceed 30 minutes, and total daily jumping not exceed 60 minutes.

8. Modification and Termination

1. We reserve the right to modify this Agreement in response to changes in law or our services. Material changes will be announced via in-app notification.
2. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the App.
3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for users who violate this Agreement, and to pursue legal action.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
2. Any disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring a claim before a people's court with jurisdiction according to law.
