An iPhone running iOS 15.0 or later. Jump counting works with both the front and rear cameras; for the best AI recognition frame rate, we recommend iPhone 12 or newer. Older devices may feel slightly less responsive.
Counting works by watching your body movement, so the camera is essential — denying access will disable the core check-in feature. Frames are processed on the phone and never uploaded. If you denied it earlier, head to iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera → HappyJump and turn it back on.
About 1.5–2.5 meters away, with the camera at the level of the jumper's upper body. Use even lighting (natural or main indoor lighting), avoid backlight. Wearing clothes that contrast with the background helps recognition stability.
Counting is AI-based and affected by lighting, angle, clothing, and motion—1% error is normal. Check that:
If error exceeds 5%, please email us with a description of your setup.
No action needed. When the rest countdown ends, a beat tone plays automatically and the next segment starts. To stop training mid-session, tap the red stop button.
Go to iOS Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Apps using iCloud, and make sure HappyJump is toggled on. If the toggle is on but the message persists, restart the app or your device.
No. Codes expire after 48 hours, primarily to prevent stale codes circulating in chats. Generate a new one with another quick session.
Locally on your device: free version keeps the most recent 7 days / 5 sessions; Pro keeps unlimited. On Apple's CloudKit servers, records are auto-deleted 30 days after challenge completion.
Open iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, find "HappyJump Pro", and tap "Cancel Subscription". Pro features remain available until the end of the current billing period.
Note: Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.
App Store in-app purchase refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the order, and submit a request. We're unable to issue refunds directly.
Sign in on the new device with the same Apple ID, open HappyJump → Settings → Membership, and tap "Restore Purchases". Subscriptions are tied to your Apple ID, not your device.
All three products support Apple Family Sharing. Once enabled, up to 5 family members can share the Pro entitlement. Configure Family Sharing in iOS Settings → Family.
No. Both real-time and end-of-session watermark passes happen on your device. When you tap "Save to Photos", the video is written to your Photo Library. We never access or upload video content.
In-app: Settings → Data Management offers options to clear all records or all achievements for the current user. Deleting an entire profile cascades cleanup across records, achievements, reminders, settings, and challenge data. Uninstalling the app removes all local data. If you enabled iCloud sync, also delete HappyJump's iCloud data via iOS Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Account Storage.
